Animation Advice Please?


I have a cartoon series idea and I want to create a short trailer to market it. Does anyone know how I can do this for a good price? What software would help me do this on my pc? I’d like to burn a DVD or even just create a link to email to people.

    Both PC’s and Macs come with a movie maker standard. Just run a search through your files. I’ve heard iMovies is better then Windows Movie Maker though.
