I am looking for software / solutions to monitor, allocate and optimize printing costs …. tracking usage of printing, copying and digital sending by users or department … control and allocation / cross charging of printing. And now the catch … I want to do this for various printers of different manufactures, namely OKI, HP and Konica Minolta. These are all network printers and we are using Windows XP Pro and have Windows 2003 Server.
Is there a print job accounting application that does this for these type of printers? And what is your experience?
Or … where can I best ask this question (to get a.s.a.p. an answer)?

No, there is no any software can help you do these works.
