Is there any freeware software that is like Dreamweaver?

I want to get a freeware software like Dreamwear that when you are making CSS or HTML it gives you hints as your are typing can any one recommend a software i just want to deal with html code and CSS it is for school i tried nvu but it ***** i appraecate all who answers

Dreamweaver is the best place to start with. Other related programs lack the intellisense feature.
