Which is the best freeware software for 3D home design, something like ArchiCAD?

I want to design my house and I need a freeware, open source or shareware software, because ArchiCAD is too expensive and I’m not an architect XD !!!

Honestly, if you want to design it for real you have to have real CAD software, like AutoCAD or ArchiCAD. But if you just want to use it to get some ideas, which can then be taken to a real architect to fix problems and draft a plan, try using a program like this one:
